Our testimonial is simple. We met Chris Raynor through our children during a basketball meeting at school. We mentioned to him that we would someday need him as our real estate agent when the time came to relocate my mother from CA, to NV. I listed my home with 2 other brokers over a period of 9.5 months with only about 10 showings. Chris handled an incredibly difficult and complicated closing on a lease-option that we thought would never end until Chris got involved. He lived up to his nickname, the “Pit Bull”, he is fair but tough. Chris proved to be assertive when needed. You might say it sounds simple. not so. The lease-option individuals were difficult al to deal with, the lender was picked by them and would not give Chris any information, but Chris dealt with all of them with assertive, but professional representation. He kept everyone on the same page to a successful close after fighting for years with the tenants, this was no small task.
We were so happy with his service we then he helped us purchase our new home. As for our new home, we were able to find a place in a short period of time. Chris put us with a great lender, handled all the details like a concierge service. He negotiated hard and dealt effectively with the seller and his agent.
